Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, sent by Royal Mail or Air Mail if not to a UK address. Special Delivery to UK Address can be ordered as a chargeable extra. We also ship to all European countries, US and Australia applicable postal charges will apply.
If you order an item from a voucher website, please use the voucher website's delivery timescale for your item.

3. Payment Method
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your paypal account has on file for you this will ensure no delays in processing your order.
4. Return Policy
If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Marcus Emporium, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
There may be variations in colour, size and shape of an item.
Personalised items cannot be refunded but a replacement may be offered if you are not satisfied with the quality of the engraving.
We can provide a prepaid returns label by email. but are unable to post labels to you. The label is printable and can be attached to an envelope
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items. Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your paypal account
Please follow the return procedure as below:
1. Returns must be posted to us within 14 days of receipt and in original condition to:

2. E-mail us at email@example.com to inform us you will be returning the item. Please state the reason of return, order reference number, product code and contact name, telephone number and address.
3. Returns will take approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed after Marcus Emporium received your items.
4. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials.
5. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". Marcus Emporium will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. All shipping back to Marcus Emporium is paid for by the customer.
